    Residencies are artist funded.

Application Steps:

  • Complete our application form so that our selection panel can make a decision about your proposed goals and your fit with our schedule and program. You do not need to complete this form in one sitting. You may save and return to it later.

    To complete this form you will need the following:

    • An artist’s CV featuring selected projects, exhibitions, grants, past residencies, education and contact information.

    • An Artist’s Statement (about 350-400 words) describing your current work and its significance and inspiration, as well as your technique and overall vision for your work.

    • A portfolio containing a selection of works (max. 10), in PDF format for visual art and writing, and MP3 or MP4 format for music, film or performance work. Please include data on dimensions, materials, production year, location, publication or performance dates, etc.

  • After submitting your application you will be prompted to pay a non-refundable 200 Dirham (about $22 USD) application fee using our secure checkout.

  • If your application is approved, you will be contacted by email to arrange a time for a phone or Zoom interview before a final decision is made. We look forward to learning more about you!
