Local Artists and Creatives of all types are invited to take part in a multidisciplinary creative project which explores the phenomenon of change in the Islamic world. The project will be curated by Tamadher Al Fahal, artist in residence at Green Olive Arts in Tetouan, Morocco, from March 9 – April 5, 2017. It will challenge specific philosophical themes, such as spirituality, in practical hands-on experiments. Artists who apply and are selected will be working closely with other creative individuals and artisans, locally and internationally. The aim is to focus more on the process rather than the end results; therefore the outcomes will be varied – from raw sketches and visual concepts to final 2D or 3D artwork. The project will be documented with a traveling exhibition, beginning at Green Olive Arts and continuing to international galleries, and it will be included in an academic publication.
The closing date for the application is February 20th, 2017.
Participation is Free! Apply today!
