About the author

Jeff has loved making art and building things since he was little when his engineer dad and creative mom both encouraged him to create. He grew up and studied art in college and then taught art for over a decade before he found portrait painting and loved it. Jeff was one of Green Olive Arts founders and was the managing director from its beginning in 2013 until 2022, when he returned to the US with his family for new adventures. They had lived in Morocco since 2007.
