Opportunities for Cultural Immersion and Learning in Tetouan

FACULTY LED STUDY ABROAD

Are you a professor or study abroad coordinator? We are here to resource your next University Study Trip for your students in Morocco!

We also coordinate special workshop trips for art instructors who are interested in leading an art trip for their students (see our past programs Plein Air Tetouan and Sketch Morocco ). Contact us for more details, and follow us to receive news of the next schedule workship or trip.

COMMUNITY ART CLASSES

Green Olive Arts is not an art school. Our main focus is to host established artists who come to work in our studios on their own creative projects. But we always ask our artists if they would like to give back to the local community by teaching a class or a workshop, so occasionally we host classes in our studio, for children and/or adults. Visit our Events page or our Instagram for news of upcoming opportunities.

INTRO TO MOROCCAN ARABIC

Learn basic phrases and words to help you connect with the local culture in a deeper way.  This 2 hour introductory coaching session is led by a native Moroccan Arabic speaker and is available in person or online. Learning the basics of Moroccan Arabic will open doors into the culture for you and help you to be more than just a tourist.  It means a lot to people when you are attempting to speak their language!

250 MAD per session.

Learn traditional craftsmanship from Master Tetouani Artisans! The following individual workshops are available through Green Olive Arts.
